Good Morning all!

I’m sorry about the lack of posting so far this week. It has been a sad week for me. Two days ago I lost my friend and colleague to cancer.  He was diagnosed less than a year ago.  Brian was just 44, and has 2 young children 5 and 7. So today, in honour of Brian, I ask that everyone choose life.  However you choose to do that, whether it be an extra break in the day to do something you love, give a an extra hug to your kids, or smile at a stranger.  And take heed to the following:

We should all be doing this everyday, although I know it is hard to do some days.  But today, I hope you make an extra effort to do so.

Also, on the topic of life I thought I would include some photos of my newly growing vegetable garden….

I have cucumber and tomatoes and Swiss chard.  I can’t wait to harvest it as the summer goes by.
